Exchange & Return
Ready to Ship Stock:
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after you receive your purchase.
You can make it for another design or size from our online stock or write to us to make the product of the catalog that is not available.
The product must be in perfect conditions, without marks of wear and with its original packaging at the time of the exchange.
We do not make money refunds.
The return and shipment of the new product is covered by the customer.
In case of having to pay taxes again for being an international shipment, it must also be paid by the customer.

Made-to-order & Bespoke jewellery:
We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for unique / made to order pieces.
If it's a ring, we can adjust the size free of charge in Santiago de Chile or London, United Kingdom.
